These terms govern use of this website. They do not govern any engagement between Green Chillis and an employer, which is covered by a separate signed agreement that prevails over anything on this site.
What this site is
An informational website describing recruitment services offered by Green Chillis. Nothing on it is an offer of employment, a promise of a job, a work permit or a visa, or a commitment to provide services on any particular terms.
Legal and immigration information
Descriptions of permits, visas and procedures are summaries for orientation. They are not legal advice, they may be out of date, and they do not replace the official sources of each country or the advice of a qualified lawyer. Decisions on permits and visas are made by the authorities alone.
Candidate registration
Registering as a candidate does not guarantee employment, a work permit, a visa or a placement. Green Chillis never asks for payment in exchange for a promise of a job or a visa.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protections of the mandatory law of your own country.
