How it works

From your requirement to your workplace

Eight steps, one team, and a decision at every stage that stays yours.

Eight steps

  1. Step 1

    Workforce assessment

Occupation, number of workers, location, salary, contract length, shifts and start date, agreed with you in writing.

  2. Step 2

    Route and requirements

Whether the role is open to recruitment from outside the EU in your country, which permit applies, which qualifications and documents it needs.

  3. Step 3

    Sourcing

Our team in India finds candidates through vocational institutes, training centres and professional networks.

  4. Step 4

    Screening and verification

Identity, employment history, qualifications and references, checked and recorded for each candidate.

  5. Step 5

    Practical testing

A test in the candidate's own trade, scored against what the role requires.

  6. Step 6

    Your selection

You review the tested candidates and interview them. Only the candidates you choose go further.

  7. Step 7

    Permits, visa and departure

The candidate's documents, translations and recognition requests are prepared in India; you file the work authorisation where the law requires the employer to, with our help if you want it; then visa, pre-departure briefing and travel.

  8. Step 8

    Arrival and the first months

Arrival, registration and the first weeks, within the scope we agree, and regular contact with you and the worker afterwards.

A candidate joining two pipes at a workbench while an assessor watches, and a tick in a circle: the test is passed.

We do not recruit from CVs alone.

Every candidate is tested in their trade.

Identity, documents, experience, technical knowledge, practical skill, then your interview. In that order, for every candidate we put forward.

Testing

What each trade is tested on

The test follows the work the role will do, not a generic exam.

  • Welding and fabricationProcess, material and position; reading the drawing; a practical weld, inspected visually; safety; the certificates the candidate holds.
