A candidate tested in person
Every candidate we put forward has been met, checked and tested in their trade by our team in India.
Skilled trades, India to EuropeGermany · France · The Netherlands · Spain
Green Chillis recruits welders, electricians, HVAC technicians, pipefitters, carpenters and mechanical fitters in India, tests their skills in person, and prepares them for work with employers in Germany, France, the Netherlands and Spain.
Across Europe, the work is ready.
The people to do it are not.
Construction, manufacturing and building services are short of qualified trades. Projects slip, machines stand idle, and local recruitment alone no longer closes the gap.
Recruiting outside the European Union raises questions a local hire never does.
It depends on the occupation, the country, the salary and the contract.
A certificate says what someone studied. Only a test shows what they can do.
Hidden fees and unauthorised intermediaries put workers and employers at risk.
Selection, recognition, permits and visas each take their own time.
Housing, registration and the first weeks decide whether someone settles.
A hire is only a success when the worker stays.
We handle these as one process, from the first call to the first months on site.
Six families of skilled trades, each tested against the work it will actually do.
A certificate is not a licence.
A trade certificate does not, on its own, allow someone to practise a regulated occupation in every European country. Where recognition, registration or a safety certificate is required, we check it for each role before a candidate is put forward.
One team in Bengaluru carries the process from end to end. You choose who you hire.
Occupation, number of workers, location, salary, contract, start date. We check that a route exists for that role in your country.
Our team in India finds candidates through vocational institutes, training centres and professional networks.
Identity, documents and experience are checked; each candidate takes a practical test in their trade.
You review the tested candidates and interview the ones you want. Nobody is hired without your decision.
In most countries you file the work authorisation; we prepare the candidate's file in India and can assist with yours.
Travel, arrival and the first weeks are prepared with you, within the scope we agree.
Recruiting from abroad usually means trusting paper from people you will never meet. We work the other way round.
Every candidate we put forward has been met, checked and tested in their trade by our team in India.
The people who source and test the candidates are the people who prepare their files and stay in touch after arrival.
Documents, translations and recognition requests are prepared in India before you file anything in your country.
Each country has its own route for skilled workers from outside the European Union. In most cases the employer applies for the work authorisation; we prepare the candidate's side and can assist with yours.
We start with Germany, France, the Netherlands and Spain. Whether a route exists depends on the occupation, the qualification, the salary and the contract, so we confirm feasibility for your role before any recruitment begins.
Identity and documents are verified, experience is checked with previous employers where possible, and each candidate takes a practical test in their trade. You then interview the candidates you want before deciding.
In most of these countries the employer applies for the work authorisation. We prepare everything that comes from the candidate's side in India and can assist you with your own application.
It depends on the occupation, the recognition of qualifications, the permit and the visa. We give you a timeline for your case once we have reviewed your requirement, rather than a number that suits every case and fits none.
Our model is employer-paid. Any cost to a candidate, where the law allows one, is disclosed to them in writing before they sign anything.
A short form, and we come back to you with what is possible for those roles in your country.
A few questions about the roles. We answer by email, usually with questions of our own.
